Zero Tolerance Policy

Please be advised that we adopt a ZERO tolerance policy for verbal abuse or threatening behaviour towards doctors and staff. Abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the clinic and can result in the patient being discharged from the clinic and/or banned from the premises.

Missed Appointment Policy

We adopt a 'three-chance' rule - should you miss three consecutive appointments without prior cancellation, a written warning will be sent to your residential address, and any further missed appointments could result in discharge from the clinic. This is to prevent valued appointments from being lost for those who truly need it.

Valid OHIP Card Policy

Canadian Residents will require a valid OHIP card in order to be seen. Please ensure your card is ‘in date’ before visiting the clinic.

Non-OHIP visits

For visitors or uninsured patients, there will be a fee charged depending on the nature of the visit. Payment will be expected upfront.

Prescription Renewals Policy

Patients will be expected to pay a $15 fee for prescription refill requests via fax. Otherwise, please book an in-person visit, or a telephone consultation (if you are a rostered patient and your medications have been reviewed in-person at least once in the last 12 months).
