Join the waitlist! Dr Mathe’s former patients will be prioritized; however, for her to know that you wish to continue seeing her in Whitby, you will have to register on the waitlist, and you will be contacted by our team to book your first appointment to re-enrol.
There is free parking in the plaza at the front and side of the building. There is also municipal parking adjacent to the plaza on Perry St (at the back of the building) and on the street.
Yes, for now, Dr Mathe will be working as a solo physician. However, Wellview Medical is actively recruiting new family physicians and other allied health professionals to join the team.
There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not be seen unless there is a cancellation. This is because late arrivals progressively delay the rest of the appointments, so patients who would have arrived on time would have to wait for longer periods to be seen.
This facility is only for enrolled patients, and a telephone call will be booked to discuss the renewal, provided you have been seen in person at least once in the past 12 months. Walk-in patients will have to book an in-person appointment to have their medications refilled.
